Privacy policy
This is the privacy statement of Kofein Dizajn Ltd. for its service Yugo. Kofein Dizajn Ltd. is the controller of the personal data (for purposes of the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC).

In short: your privacy is important to us. That's why we want to clearly tell you what happens with your data when you use our services or visit our website. If anything is unclear, let us know. We'll be happy to answer your questions.
Yugo is a service which each day suggests cultural events, based on your location and your profile. Yugo will build your profile on the basis of the following data:
When you ask Yugo for a suggestion for a cultural event, we need to know where you are at that moment, so we can suggest events near to you. The app will send your location to us for this purpose. This location will also be added to your profile. We will remove this location from our service after we have provided you with a suggestion for an event nearby.
When your account with Yugo is terminated, all information about you will be deleted, except for the ratings of events you provided. These ratings will be anonymised. We will terminate your account when you ask us to do so, or if you haven't used the account for one year. We store back-ups of our database for approximately six months, so it is possible your data will remain stored a while longer in the backup.
For now, Yugo does not require access to other kinds of information on your smartphone, but we might expand our service in the future and need access to other information. If this is the case, we will of course inform you beforehand and ask for your permission.
Most importantly, Yugo uses your profile information to suggest cultural events to you. We also use your information to promote sponsored content in our app. So when you've indicated you like Tame Impala (like we do), we might send you an advertisement in the app for their next concert.
We also want to make it easier for you to order tickets for suggested events. To do so, Yugo will provide part of your profile information to others, such as companies selling tickets. We will only share the information necessary for the sale of the ticket, which in most cases is your name and email-address.
To provide insight in how an audience appreciated an event, Yugo may also provide aggregated ratings by all Yugo-users of certain events to others, such as event organisers and cultural institutions.
Lastly, we will sometimes use your email-address to inform you about relevant developments with regard to our service.
Yugo will not use your data for other purposes and will not sell your data to others. If we get a request from the government to provide your data, we will only provide this information if we are legally obliged to do so, and we will inform you about this if we are legally allowed to do so.
We store your data on servers of DigitalOcean Inc., https://www.digitalocean.com/.
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information Yugo has about you. Please send an email to info@kofein.si and we will get back to you.
Yugo takes information security seriously. We have an information security policy in place, which describes how we protect your data, for example, by encrypting the communications between our server and your phone. We don't store plaintext passwords. We also regularly test the security of our systems and train our staff to be security-aware.
Unfortunately, even though we do our best, it is impossible to make systems which are 100% secure. Should we ever fall victim to a security-breach and your data appears to be compromised, we will inform you without undue delay and take measures to prevent further damage.
This privacy statement was last updated June 2014. If we make substantial changes to our privacy policy, we will inform our users in advance.
